Accessibility Statement
Effective date: October 12, 2026 · Last updated: October 12, 2026
My Profile Pilot, a software product of My Barista Trainer, is committed to making our website, web app and WordPress plugin usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What we do
- Semantic HTML landmarks, headings and a “Skip to main content” link on every page.
- Full keyboard operation of the dashboard, including the photo drop zone (press Enter or Space to choose files), toggles and fix buttons, with visible focus indicators.
- ARIA roles and labels for toggles, radio groups, the health score and status messages, which are announced to screen readers.
- Color contrast that meets AA ratios, and information that is never conveyed by color alone.
- Respect for the “reduce motion” system preference.
- Responsive layouts that work at 320px wide and with 200% zoom.
Known limitations
- Photo previews in the drip queue use generic alternative text (“Queued photo 1”); captions are provided in the adjacent editable text field.
- Third-party pages (Google sign-in, Stripe checkout) are outside our control but are maintained to their own accessibility standards.
